You can now add all six Porto Salsa Weekend sessions to your calendar. Three afternoon socials, three evening parties, and fewer opportunities to say “Wait… that was today?”

Each event includes its start and finish time, a short description, and the venue address:

Using Google Calendar?
Do this part on a computer:
Open our Schedule page.
Find “Your plans. In your calendar.” and click Google Calendar.
The programme file downloads and Google Calendar’s import settings open in another tab.
Select porto-salsa-weekend-schedule.ics from your downloads.
Choose your calendar and click Import.
If the download doesn’t start, use Download iCal on the Schedule page first.
Done. Six excellent reasons to decline boring plans. Once imported into your Google account, the sessions will also appear on devices syncing that calendar.
Using another calendar app?
Click Download iCal on the same page, then open or import the downloaded file in a calendar app that supports .ics files. Choose your calendar and confirm the import.
The exact steps depend on your app and device. The dancing remains reassuringly universal.
A small detail for the “one more song” crowd
The Sunday party finishes at 04:00 on Monday 5 October. That’s intentional. Your calendar hasn’t made a mistake. We simply take Sunday nights seriously.
The programme uses Porto’s local time. Your calendar may display those events in your current time zone, so check this when planning your trip.
